Wood Heat Index doesn't have a support inbox staffed around the clock — it's operated by one person. The most reliable way to reach that person is to open an issue on the project's GitHub repository, which is also where the site's source (models, data pipelines, and templates) is published.

To report a price you paid, use the submission form on any county page rather than contacting us directly — it's reviewed by a human before it can affect any published estimate.
